From consultation to commission

How it works

01

Consultation & fabric selection

Tell us what you’re looking for — the occasion, the style, the feel — and we’ll pick out a curated selection of fabrics for you. Then choose every detail: lapels, lining, buttons and half- or full-canvas construction.

02

Precision measurement

Precise measurements are taken by our partner, an experienced London alteration specialist — at their London premises, or at a place of your choice with mobile measurements on request.

03

Hand-tailored in India

Your pattern and chosen cloth go directly to our workshop in Delhi, where master tailors hand-cut, canvas (half or full) and stitch your garment. Standard delivery is 4–5 weeks, or 3 weeks express.

04

Fit check & perfect finish

Once your garment arrives, a final try-on fit check is conducted. If any fine-tuning is needed, our London alteration specialist takes care of it — guaranteeing a flawless silhouette.

Common questions

Before you commission

Where are measurements taken?

By our partner, an experienced London alteration specialist, at their premises. Mobile measurements at your home or office are available on request.

Do I need to know what fabric I want?

Not at all. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll pick out a shortlist of fabrics for you to see and feel.

How long does a commission take?

Standard delivery is 4–5 weeks, with a 3-week express service available. For weddings or a specific occasion, speak to us directly and we’ll plan your timeline around your date.

How much does a bespoke suit cost?

Suits start from £399. The final price depends mainly on the cloth you choose, along with construction and any special details — we confirm it before you commit.

What is half canvas and full canvas?

The canvas is the internal layer that gives a jacket its shape. Half canvas runs through the chest and lapels — lighter and excellent value. Full canvas runs the whole front and is the traditional bespoke standard, moulding to your body over time. We offer both and will advise which suits you.

What do “Super 150s” and “gsm” mean?

“Super” numbers describe how fine the wool fibres are — the higher the number, the finer and softer the cloth. Gsm (grams per square metre) is the cloth’s weight: around 210–250 gsm wears light and is ideal for warmer months and travel, while 270 gsm gives more structure and suits year-round wear.

What if it doesn’t fit perfectly?

Every commission includes a final fit check. Any fine-tuning needed is handled by our London alteration specialist under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

Can you dress a whole wedding party?

Yes. We can coordinate cloth and style across the groom, best men and guests, with each garment made to individual measurements.

Can I reorder with my existing measurements?

Yes — with your agreement, we keep your measurements on file so future commissions are quick and easy. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

How do you look after my personal information?

We only collect what we need to make your garments and keep it secure. Read our full Privacy Notice to see what we hold, who we share it with and your rights under UK GDPR.
